Warburtons, the largest bakers (with over 5,000 employees) in the UK commissioned us to provide a fully managed 360 feedback survey tool to support the development of managers and leaders at all levels and across its 12 bakeries and 13 depots.

Warburtons needed a fully customised 360 feedback tool, built around their competency framework and in which the user experience was simple and intuitive. The feedback collection and report production process also needed to be fully managed via a dedicated Lumus360 client manager.

The UK’s second largest airport and the most efficient single-runway airport in the world - Gatwick Airport commissioned us to develop and then lease to them (software as a service) an internet based 360 feedback survey tool with an administrative environment that would enable their Learning and Development team to fully manage senior leaders through the 360 degree feedback process.

Project Overview

A world leading producer of paper-based packaging with around 41,000 employees across 32 countries, Smurfit Kappa required a 360 Leadership Survey Tool that would support the continuing development of senior leaders within their Corrugated Division.

The organisations criteria included allowing participants and their feedback responders to complete the whole 360 feedback process in their native tongue and for feedback reports to be produced in a range of languages based on the participants preferred language.
