Project Overview

Warburtons, the largest bakers (with over 5,000 employees) in the UK commissioned us to provide a fully managed 360 feedback survey tool to support the ongoing / continuous development of managers and leaders at all levels and across its 12 bakeries and 13 depots.

Warburtons needed a fully customised 360 feedback tool, built around their Success Factors (the way we work) Framework and in which the user experience was simple, intuitive and non-time consuming. The feedback collection and report production process also needed to be fully managed via a dedicated Lumus360 client manager.

  • Designed and developed a fully branded (look, feel and function) 360 degree feedback tool which includes the availability of questionnaires at three operating levels
  • A complete feedback service managing all aspects of the 360 feedback collection, collation and report production process

    • Individual feedback 360 reports (with an accompanying development guide)

In support of Leadership Development Programmes

Project Overview

Total is the world’s fourth-largest oil and gas company and Lumus360 were invited to support its UK talent poor to identify their key development needs prior to attending the Cranfield General Management Programme.

The challenge was to develop a 360 tool that provided feedback against Cranfield Universities leadership model and Totals Corner Stone behavioural framework in a way that enabled participants to easily identify their key development opportunities.

  • Worked with key stakeholders to develop a questionnaire that provided clear and insightful feedback against a range of leadership behaviours/ attributes
  • Built a fully customised / branded / bespoke survey tool based on the clients specific requirements

Project Overview

Part of the UK's soft drink landscape since 1875, AG Barr manufactures and sell some of our best-loved soft drinks. Following continued year on year growth, the organisation identified that to deliver its next 10 year growth strategy, people leaders at all levels would need to move from a ‘controlling’ to ‘empowering style’ of management and place more focus on Continuous improvement, learning, results and relationships.

360 feedback was part of a suite of tools designed to help inform, educate, engage and align leaders at all levels to the new BARR Behaviours framework which lays out those leadership attributes that underpin the organisations continued success.

  • Worked with key stakeholders to develop a range of questionnaires (for leaders at different levels) that would provide meaningful feedback against the BARR Behaiours framework
  • Built a tailored 360 review survey tool that had an AG BARR look / feel and included provision for those without email addresses / internet access to provide feedback with ease

Project Overview

QVC, the world's leading video and ecommerce retailer commissioned Lumus360 to support their 130 UK based managers to ‘get it right’.

Feedback from an organisational survey indicated that many managers were not seen to be leading in a way that got the best out of their people and there was a need to realign ineffective managerial behavioural traits. The challenge was to develop and then implement a focused feedback tool that would provide individualised feedback to managers on those key leadership behaviours that would underpin the businesses continued success.

Used as an individual annual development planner, managers receive a personalised report that clearly shows their strengths and perceived development opportunities for the forthcoming year.

  • Supported QVC to build a focused behavioural questionnaire based on lower results from their organisational survey
