The UK’s second largest airport and the most efficient single-runway airport in the world - Gatwick Airport commissioned us to develop and then lease to them (software as a service) an internet based 360 feedback survey tool with an administrative environment that would enable their Learning and Development team to fully manage senior leaders through the 360 degree feedback process.
The brief included ensuring that the survey tool was:
- Fully bespoke - Built to meet their specific needs, i.e. branding, questionnaire content/ format, system functionality, output reports etc.
- Supported with administrator training/ ongoing support as needed

- Worked closely with the Learning and Development Team to design a feedback survey tool based on their specific requirements
- Supported the conversion of the organisations competency framework into a range of 360 feedback questionnaires
- Designed and developed a fully automated, offsite, secure 360 survey tool platform
