Introduction

This questionnaire is not a test, appraisal or evaluation exercise, but a useful personal development tool that aims to raise awareness to your leadership behaviour aligned to YSC Consulting's Judgment, Drive and Influence (JDI) Model of Potential.

The questionnaire is completed by yourself and then your Line Manager, after which you will both receive a combined view summary. This will support your personal development conversation, along with the Personal Development Plan template and guidance on Oracle.

Completing this questionnaire is not a test and there are no right or wrong answers. To gain the most from your feedback report you should answer each question honestly, stating how frequently you carry out the behaviour described as opposed to how frequently you believe you should do it.

For each question please state how often you believe you carry out the behaviour described - you have 6 options:
