With a growing focus on leadership development, Nomad Foods recognised the value of 360 feedback and that it was far more likely to be successful if they had a process for supporting participants to turn their 360 reports into a development plan and then have a monitoring mechanism to ensure good intentions convert into real development.
Nomad wanted 360 training that would develop its HR BP’s team to lead feedback sessions with confidence, professionalism and consistency.
As the first stage of the 360 training programme, all HR BP’s completed their own 360 feedback exercise and received 360 coaching from a Lumus360 coach. This allowed them to experience first-hand the logical and emotional journeys of receiving 360 feedback. This proved a valuable start point for the next stage.
Lumus360 then delivered a Train the 360 Coach workshop tailored to the needs and experience levels of the HR team. This structured 360 training solution:
Designed as an engaging and hands on 360 training experience, the workshop included interactive activities, real life scenarios and opportunities for peer learning.
Once each HR BP had gained some practical 360 feedback coaching experience, we brought the group came back together for a follow up session. This reflective workshop created space to share experiences, explore what worked well, discuss challenges and collectively learn from one another’s real-world coaching practice. This final step strengthened capability, reinforced confidence and ensured consistent delivery of 360 feedback coaching across the organisation.
