The amount of multi-language availability offered to users is flexible. Solutions include:

Lumus360 designed and delivered a multilingual 360 feedback platform tailored to Smurfit Westrock’s global requirements. The system provided a seamless, fully localised experience for users across 10 languages, ensuring the entire process felt consistent and intuitive regardless of region.
To support this, the platform included a fully translated end-to-end 360 feedback process in multiple languages. This covered every element of the experience, including email invitations, questionnaires, onscreen navigation and reporting, so users could engage in their preferred language from start to finish.
A one-click language-switch feature was also built in, enabling users to move effortlessly between languages at any point in their journey. This ensured total flexibility for participants and raters working across different regions.
To maintain quality across all outputs, the platform used professionally translated reporting templates.
The multilingual 360 feedback platform enabled Smurfit Westrock to run a truly global process without language barriers or inconsistencies. Participants and raters were able to complete all stages of the 360 in their preferred language, which significantly improved usability and engagement across regions.
Overall, the solution provided a consistent, culturally appropriate experience for all users and delivered high-quality developmental insights across the organisation’s international workforce.
