360 Evaluation Branding
It's very important that the 360 evaluation system looks and feels like it’s part of the organisation. Our approach is to fully brand user screens, emails and 360 feedback report templates to meet your branding guidelines / expectations. This is far more than just the logo in the top corner.
Good branding provides users with confidence that what they are being asked to do has organisational approval and enables greater engagement which increases questionnaire completion rates by up to 20%.
Lumus360 go way beyond the inclusion of your logo in the top corner! Our typical approach is to either:
- Develop the screens from your brand guidelines (if available)
- Use your website as the basis, capturing fonts, core colours, imagery, format etc
- Base everything around your logo and its core colours
Brand guidelines as basis
Here is an example of how we would brand the system based off a set of brand guidelines. In this instance, our client asked for us to base the branding from their guidelines; this included:
- Logo
- Colours
- Font
- Header bar
Website as basis
Here is an example of how we would brand the system based off a client's website. In this instance, our client asked for the branding to be based off their website as they did not have any brand guidelines available.
Logo as basis
Here is an example of how we would brand the system based off of a client's logo and its core colours. In this instance, our client did not have any branding available, therefore they asked for us to base this off their logos colours.
