Implementation options to meet your needs

Once your 360 feedback system / tool has been built, piloted and signed off, there are a number of ways to manage its implementation depending on the level of control and input you want. In outline, you can:

• Use our ‘fully managed service’ – This is a ‘hands off’, ‘end to end’ service where you Lumus360 client manager, sets up and then oversees the feedback collection and report production process. Making it perfect for those who want to handover any implementation administration to a dedicated resource. • Use our self-managed / Software as a Service (SaaS) package. Perfect for mid-size and larger organisations that want to use a 360 feedback process with more than 50 participants and manage/ administer everything internally at a very competitive price. For this package we charge a 12 month licence fee that allows an agreed number of reports to be produced. Read more
