Self Review Questionnaire for First Line Managers and Supervisors
This self-review questionnaire focuses on the core skills and behaviours needed to lead individuals and small teams effectively. It builds on the Chartered Management Institute’s (CMI) Professional Standard for Stage 2 Team Leaders and Supervisors.
The questionnaire explores three key areas of capability:
