Examples of 360 Feedback Questions for Managers

Having reviewed thousands of 360 feedback reports over the years, very little surprises me these days. But recently, I coached a manager through what can only be described as a ‘one in a million’ report! An outstanding set of results backed up by incredibly powerful written feedback.

This wasn’t a senior executive in a global corporation. It was a middle manager in a school support organisation who, I believe, had achieved the holy grail of management.

After analysing the results and comments, we identified six key areas and the 360 questions under them that differentiate amazing managers from good and even great ones. The following summarises our findings.
