Self Review Questionnaire for Managers

This self-assessment questionnaire is designed to explore the capabilities that underpin effective management at both team and operational levels. It draws on the Chartered Management Institute’s (CMI) Professional Standard for Stage 3 Middle Managers.

The questionnaire examines three core areas of capability:

• Personal Effectiveness: Managing self, decision-making, communication, influence, and resilience
• Interpersonal Excellence: Providing purpose and direction, developing people, building relationships, and collaboration
• Organisational Performance: Leading change, innovation, resource management, and driving results
